Dr. Gregory Barner earned his BS from the University of Rhode Island, graduating summa cum laude, before completing his dental studies at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. From 2009-2011, he performed all phases of dentistry on patients at New England Medical Hospital, then began practicing privately in June of 2011. He has advanced training in treating soft tissues.. He’s also a member of the American Dental Association and a Diplomat with the American and International Dental Implant Association. Besides providing care to patients here, in the US, he has also participated in medical mission trips to Guatemala and the Dominican Republic.
Dr. Barner is married and has two daughters and one son When he’s not helping patients, he enjoys golfing and fishing.
Before studying at SUNY Buffalo’s School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Philip Barner earned his BA from the University of Vermont. He then went into private practice in 1977. Currently, he’s a member of the American Dental Association, the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation, and the Rhode Island Dental Association, of which he is a past president. Following his graduation from dental school, Dr. Barner completed his post-graduate studies in advanced restorative and esthetic dentistry at SUNY Buffalo and the University of Minnesota. He loves creating beautiful smiles, aided by a talented team of professionals.
Dr. Barner is married and the father of three grown sons, each of whom have children of their own. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and fishing.
